Due to the nature of handmade items, no two items are exactly alike. They will be made as close to the description/picture as possible.
When using naturally made products, such as wood, there may be variations - thanks to Mother Nature. When receiving stained wood items, knots in the wood may vary and stain may appear darker or lighten in some areas than others.
Laser engraved wooden cutting boards may vary in color and darkness of the engraved areas depending on the nature of the wood.
Different brand apparel fits differently. Please always refer to the size chart provided by the manufacturer to assure optimal fit.
Any orders that require custom or personalized detail, please be sure to double check spelling for accuracy prior to submitting order.

Production Time

Production time varies from item to item. Some items may be a few days, while others are 2 weeks.

If you need a RUSH order, please let us know at the time of order so that we can make sure that we can accommodate. You may incur a rush order fee pending the product, which would place your order to the front of the line.

If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to alert us at the time of order.
