Shipping Policy

There are three options to receive your order:

Local Pick up: located in Yorktown Heights, NY. Address will be given upon completion of order. Camera surveillance is in place.
Local Delivery: for areas near Yorktown Heights, NY or parts of White Plains, NY. Delivery Fee will apply
Shipping: orders can be shipped to any where in the United States. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Tracking numbers can be provided. Due to situations beyond our control, delivery dates given are an estimate and delays are always possible. Any issues with actual order, please let us know upon delivery. You may need to fill a claim with the delivery service in certain situations.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most orders are custom or made to order. Therefore, returns, cancellations are not accepted. However, if there are any issues with your order, please notify me right away.
